DeMeter version 2.13 has been released

We are pleased to announce that the new DeMeter software suite has been released, with its share of new and updated features:

Alert list Widget

This brand new widget displays the history of all Alerts having been raised. You will b able to see:
- The Alert Code.

- How long the alert has been active for.

- ...

Note that, for a greater clarity, this widget is also supplemented by a new settings available through DeMeter's Configurator: it is now possible to assign your own Alert Code to each created Operator Call.
This alert call of your choosing will be displayed in the Alert List.

Adapt Alerts widgets to Operator Calls
It is now possible to specify for some widgets which Alerts to focus on: Infinity Client - Tighening Units - ...

This new settings applies to the following items:

  • Alert Categories.
  • Top Alerts.
  • Worst Alerts / Connectors.
  • Alerts repartitions on the worst connectors.

Tightening results from external sources:

DeMeter is now capable of receiving tightening results from any device through dedicated MQTT topics.

Reach out to the Remote Software Support team if you wish to have more details about the topic format or the feature.

Update to the Tightening Result API

DeMeter API has been improved to let you query several results simultaneously, where you could only extract results for one single VIN previously.
This extended search lets you query the API using at least one of the following:

  • VIN.
  • Controller Name.
  • Controller Serial Number.
  • Tightening Unit Name.
  • Tightening Unit Number.

The limit is set to 1000 results to avoid overloading DeMeter during operations.

NAT and PAT support

DeMeter now supports IT infrastructure making use of Network Address Translation or Port Address Translation.

Note that no configuration is required on DeMeter side: the system is automatically set to support such infrastructures. However, be sure to use the latest Desoutter controller version when working with such a topology.

Feel free to reach out to us for any further information about the version
